80 Gram
Wholewheat spaghetti

Vegan Alfredo
  1. Put on the pasta to cook.
  2. Slice the garlic and and sauté in the olive oil until golden but not burned.
  3. Add the flour and mix well so it clumps up.
  4. Mix in the almond milk slowly, adding a little at a time. Keep adding until it makes a smooth mix.
  5. Add the nutritional yeast, garlic powder and seasonings.
  6. If the sauce is too lumpy it can be blended at this point, although I didn’t need to and I was happy to have the garlic in it.
  7. Mix in vegetables
